In no event is ProPRcopy LLC liable for damages in excess of the amount paid by a customer for the service in question. They shall apply even if the contract between you and ProPRcopy LLC is found to have failed in its fundamental or essential purpose or has been fundamentally breached. You specifically acknowledge and agree that ProPRcopy LLC is not liable for any defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any user. If you are dissatisfied with any ProPRcopy LLC material, or with any of ProPRcopy LLC terms and conditions, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using ProPRcopy LLC services. While we endeavor to ensure that any files originating at this site are free of known computer viruses, we make no warranty or guarantee that files are virus free, and we are not able to provide any assurances with respect to e-mail or attachments that may have originated with third parties. All recipients are cautioned to check all e-mail, attachments, and other computer files before accessing them, and any and all risk of virus contamination is assumed by the recipient.

Customers

ProPRcopy LLC is committed to providing exceptional editorial services at affordable prices, and we have one of the highest customer satisfaction rates on the Internet. If applicable, any refund will be granted within five business days from receipt of a request. Price, terms, and availability are subject to change without notice. All prices quoted are in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

ProPRcopy LLC reserves the right to limit quantities, to refuse service, or to cancel orders at its sole discretion.

Purchase prices and invoices may be based on information that you provide to us, including the word count of the documents you are submitting for service. You represent and warrant that such information is accurate, and you agree to pay to ProPRcopy LLC any additional charges arising from any inaccuracy in such information within seven days of notification thereof. ProPRcopy LLC is not obligated to verify the accuracy of such information but will refund to you any overpayment arising from inaccuracy therein within five business days of the discovery thereof.

Note that in extremely rare situations ProPRcopy LLC may not have the capacity to take on additional projects. While the firm will work to close its system to new orders during these times, if your order is accepted during a "sold out" period, clients will be issued a refund and an offer will be made to complete the project at a later time at a reduced cost.

ProPRcopy LLC reserves the right to refuse any project including but not limited to any type of material its managers deem to be hate-speech or pornography. If a project is deemed to be unsuitable, we notify clients that we are unable to take their project and a refund will be immediately issued.

Payment terms

Customers may submit payment to ProPRcopy LLC when an order is submitted through the website or on “Net30” terms with full payment expected within thirty days of invoice delivery. Please be advised that interest charges of 1.5% per month may be added to all past due accounts.

Acceptable payment options are Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, PayPal or by arrangement, checks drawn from U.S. banks.

Other

This site and this agreement is governed by the laws of the state of Wisconsin, United States, excluding any conflicts of law provisions and excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Any legal action against ProPRcopy LLC shall take place in the courts of the state of Wisconsin. The parties shall attorn to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Wisconsin.

If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
